White Buffalo Recovery is a division of Wind River Family and Community
Healthcare System that is operated by the Northern Arapaho Tribe. We are
accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, CARF
for ASAM Levels 3.1 Community Transitional Housing, Level 2.1 Intensive
Outpatient Treatment, Level 1 Outpatient Treatment, Level .5 Education/Prevention
services.

Individuals must provide payment for services at the time they are rendered unless
you are Indian Health Service eligible. We MUST have a copy of your Tribal ID,
CIB, descendent documents BEFORE services can be rendered. We also bill third
party resources and all individuals must submit a medicaid application with intake.
All services are confidential and we cannot release any information to family
members, significant others, or attorneys without a signed and dated release of
information. A signed release is only valid for ONE person and Entity. It cannot be
used for multiple persons and places.

Assessments are completed in four working days and are just the first step to
receiving services. Please be honest so we can help provide all the appropriate
