American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Level .5 Education; Level 1 Outpatient; Level 2.1 Intensive Outpatient; Level 3.1 Transitional Housing on site by Licensed and Certified Providers. Level 0.5 ADULT class is $120.00, must be paid in full before class date (outside clients $175.00). Level 1 & 2.1 services provided to Federally Enrolled tribal members or decedents.
All treatment services must have an assessment (by a licensed or certified provider/organization) in the last 6 months to receive, and medical clearance Individuals start at a level of care and step down as they complete services If individuals are in need of a higher level of care the program will refer to outside facilities.
Culturally based prevention services including but not limited too: Project Venture, Purpose of Life, Mending Broken Hearts, Traditional Plant Teaching and Gathering, Archery, Youth Wilderness Camp, Cultural Knowledge, Outdoor Leadership, Mentorship, United National Indian Tribal Youth (UNITY) participation
