White Buffalo Recovery follows a circular approach to a continuum of care, seeing how all aspects are connected and continuous. A continuum of care is a comprehensive approach to behavioral health also means seeing promotion, prevention, treatment and recovery as parts. of an overall continuum of care. All aspects are equally important and necessary for our community. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's Behavioral Health Continuum of Care Model recognizes multiple opportunities for addressing behavioral health problems and disorders.

What We Offer
We're here to help.
We offer a kind hand in supporting and handling administrative tasks related to important documents, intake forms and all other necessary information related to your care.
Treatment
American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Level .5 Education; Level 1 Outpatient; Level 2.1 Intensive Outpatient; Level 3.1 Transitional Housing on site by Licensed and Certified Providers. Level 0.5 ADULT class is $120.00, must be paid in full before class date (outside clients $175.00). Level 1 & 2.1 services provided to Federally Enrolled tribal members or decedents.
All treatment services must have an assessment (by a licensed or certified provider/organization) in the last 6 months to receive, and medical clearance Individuals start at a level of care and step down as they complete services If individuals are in need of a higher level of care the program will refer to outside facilities.
Prevention Services
Culturally based prevention services including but not limited too: Project Venture, Purpose of Life, Mending Broken Hearts, Traditional Plant Teaching and Gathering, Archery, Youth Wilderness Camp, Cultural Knowledge, Outdoor Leadership, Mentorship, United National Indian Tribal Youth (UNITY) participation
